1. Layer winding welding wire specifications: φ 0.8 -1.2mm.

2. The specifications of the layer wound welding wire coil are:

external diameter φ270 x width 90/15Kg. Or customized according to user requirements

3. The main motor has a power of 5.5Kw and adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation, with a spindle speed of 0-2200rpm.

The discharge motor has a power of 30kW and adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation

4. The wire arrangement mechanism is composed of a stepper motor, a cam wire arrangement, a precision straightening wheel group (corrector), etc. According to the preset wire diameter, PLC control is used to achieve fully automatic precision layer winding.

5. Intermediate tension machine: including tension adjustment wheels, precision weighing wheel system, tension buffering pneumatic device, and overall safety protection chassis, etc

6. Wire laying machine: including transmission system, I-shaped wheel tightening system, pneumatic brake device, etc. Can achieve active wire laying and rewinding functions

7. Wire laying I-shaped wheel: standard configuration φ 800 x φ 400 x 500 (outer diameter x inner diameter x outer width)

8. Control system and main configuration: including two parts: operation control box and control cabinet. The operation control box is located on the layer winding machine, with a built-in touch screen for intuitive and convenient operation, and equipped with fault self diagnosis function. The control cabinet includes frequency converters, PLC, low-voltage electrical components, as well as voltage and current overload protection devices.
